Oral Test is coming.. tomorrow!

oh yeah~ i'm going to prepare my oral test. I think tomorrow i'll be the first one if nobody want to be the first one. gyahaha! its scary, i afraid that i'll suddenly stopped and forgot what i've memorized. hope i'll be doing well and get a very good marks! haha~ the tittle is about "teen depressed". oh my god, i wrote it too long! i scared i can't memorize it!!! hahaha~
So this is what i learned today. wahaha!

The definition of depression is a strong mood involving sadness, discouragement, despair or hopelessness that lasts for weeks, months or even longer. Depression is a medical condition that can affect anyone affect anyone irrespective of age. Youths are not spared. Youths get stressed over a number of things --- family problems, exams or a failed relationship. People who get depressed is because of life events, genetics, family and social environment and so on. For example, a death of a family member, friend or pet can go beyond normal briefly and lead to depression or stressful with unhappy family atmosphere after teenagers self-esteem and lead to depression.
What will happens in brain if someone get depressed?? Depression involves the brain's deliate chemistry called Neurotransmitters. These chemicals help send messages between nerves call in the brain, which regulates mood and if they run low, people can become depressed. Sometimes, a person may experience depression who being able to point to particulaer stressful event.
On the other hand, the symptoms of depression is lack of energy, they are unable to concentrate during class, inability to enjoy the things that used to bring pleasures, sadness most of the time and so on. When someone has 2 or more of these symptoms for 2 weeks or longer, that person is probaly depressed. Therefore, depression can be cure by medication or self-help. We may read some interesting book for having some fun, get advices and support from friends.
In my conclusion, depression doesn't mean a person is crazy. Depression is a real and recognized medical problem. Talking about your problem to trusted adult like your parents, teachers or the school counsellor could help. But, if you are not prepared to share your problem with someone you know, you can seek professional help from counsellor via the telephone or through the internet. This may be a good altenative as a counsellor can offer advice from a neutral perspective [:

hmm. . . depression. . . .too much stress will become depressed. Friends, please take care of yourself, ahh! the AH1N1 also. wahahaha~ XD
Its dangerous!!! =_= why does the world have to suffer with this?
DRINK MORE WATER! I know, even myself also, if no school or that's a public holiday i'll not drink water. hahaha.. because if go to school sure we'll bring water right? at home different, totally forgot i have to drink 8 glasses of WATER~ lol

今日は、学校で友達と一緒、楽しかったです!おかしいな!ハハハ!
